At KingFairings, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and procedures for canceling orders, returning products, and processing refunds, ensuring transparency and clarity for all our customers worldwide.
Order Cancellation
We support order cancellation only before shipment. If you need to cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request. Once canceled, the refund will be processed to your original payment method and will arrive in your account within 1-3 working days. Return Policy
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unmounted, unused, free from defects, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Damaged or Defective Products: We offer free replacements for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Please report such issues within 14 working days of receiving the product, along with clear photos and a detailed description of the problem.
• Custom-Made Products: We provide free adjustments for custom-made or specially customized products before shipment. We will send photos of the completed custom product to you for confirmation prior to shipping. Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable after shipment, unless they are damaged or defective.
• Customer-Initiated Returns: If you wish to return a non-defective product in good condition, you are responsible for arranging and bearing all shipping costs for returning the item to us. The item must be returned in its original, unmounted condition to be eligible for a refund (a 30% restocking fee will be applied).
3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Contact us at [email protected] to request a return, including your order number and reason for return. We will respond to you within 1 working day to confirm your return request.
Step 2: If your return is confirmed, securely package the item in its original packaging, and ensure your order number is clearly marked on the shipping label. Then, mail the return to our designated address (provided upon return confirmation).
Step 3: Send the return shipment tracking number to [email protected] for tracking purposes. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you a notification of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of inspection and approval, and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Warranty & Exceptions
Warranties are limited to the original purchaser only; third parties cannot claim refunds or returns. All warranties and liabilities are void if damages are caused by improper installation, improper usage, modification, or abuse of the product. KingFairings reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns if evidence of such damages is present.
Non-returnable items include: customized products (unless defective), mounted or used fairings, and items not in their original condition.
